FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions.
Home care is an opportunity to integrate personal and medical care into your care plan in the comfort of your home. You or your loved one may be eligible for our home health services including support, companionship and medical care from trained Care Specialists.
You may qualify for home health care if you have a complex short- or long-term medical condition that makes it difficult to leave your home for care. Talk to your doctor about this option. You’ll need a prescription and approval from your insurance carrier.
Enrollment is easy as 1-2-3. Call, click or chat with an enrollment specialist that will match your needs with a caring professional. All you need is 15 minutes. The length of the enrollment process varies but can take 4-8 weeks depending on your insurance coverage. We do everything we can to keep the process rolling including weekly follow up with the insurance plans and regular patient updates.
We go above and beyond. We’re invested in making the whole process as simple and as smooth as possible. That’s why we help you navigate enrollment and insurance, coordinate directly with your doctors, participate in patient-related conference calls, explain all available care options carefully and explicitly, provide personalized reminder calls in advance of assessments, conduct house calls for homebound patients, and follow up to ensure patient satisfaction.
Home care means getting the care you need in the comfort of your home. It’s also an affordable alternative to nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
